Sony has knocked it out of the park with this controller. The haptic feedback and adaptive triggers are the true star of what this controller can do in terms of rumble feedback to help with gameplay immersion. But even if you decide not to use those features the controller itself is still very well built. It feels like a premium level controller with a little more heft to it than the dualshock series. The buttons feel responsive and the changes to the touchpad allows for much easier use. Hopefully though more games will take advantage of the haptic feedback and the controller will really get to shine

Had these for about a week now, going to do a YT review for these, but long story short, very impressed. Clear sound quality, long-lasting battery that’ll cover you for days without recharging (unless you play 24 hrs straight), the USB-C dongle is clutch, along with the USB-A cord it comes with. Feels very light on your head with a light clamp on the headphones that feels secure without pressuring your skull. Only cons: a lot of wires- charge, micro USB to 3.5mm audio plug, USB-a to USB-c female adapter to use on switch dock, ps4, or pc... the 7P won’t work with Xbox wirelessly, but the 3.5mm plug can go into the controller to dodge that whole thing. And the price... not really worth $150 to me, $120 would’ve been a more attractive price point honestly, but the real test is how this will work with PS5 3D audio, which Steelseries says online that all their headphones will work with... stay tuned
